The TVC Just Ask Campaign is an Employee Assistance Programme that was launched in 2019 to provide a mental health support and signposting service to direct people struggling with mental health issues to the wealth of information and organisations available to support them.

Traditionally, the health and safety focus in construction has been on the more immediately apparent physical hazards and their impact on site safety. The issue of mental wellbeing tends to be stigmatised and ignored. Attitudes are now changing, as people realise that the silent issue of mental health is just as dangerous to the wellbeing of construction workers as the physical ones.

The Just Ask Campaign is supported internally by our own Mental Health First Aid trained Champions who are able to assess, support and guide individuals who seek help. Our pro-active strategy has seen us team up with external support services to expand and improve our ability to support this initiative.
