Thames Valley Construction & Civil Engineering Ltd operates an approved Health and Safety System which is CHAS and SAFE accredited. We are dedicated to maintaining an excellent safety record on every project and our commitment to this is recognised through our enviable reputation in the construction industry.  Strict company policy and procedure ensure a fully trained and knowledgable workforce who share our company ethos.


 

In order for us to maintain our reputable health and safety record we believe in regularly training and educating our employees. 

Frequent onsite training is conducted along with annual health and safety seminars.  External courses aid our in house training programme. We work alongside the CITB in ensuring a fully trained and knowledgeable workforce.

All personnel are issued with a Thames Valley Construction Health and Safety Manual during their induction process.  They are encouraged to refer to this on a regular basis as it sets out our high Health and safety requirements.

 

All of our employees and subcontractors are registered with CITB and are required to hold or be actively working towards NVQ’s.  We are committed to the CSCS scheme and are 100% compliant.  Assistance is available to those who need help with their training or applications through various avenues.

We are proud to have established excellent Health and Safety records through the implementation of policy and procedure created in house.  At Thames Valley Construction we provide a Health and Safety Manager and a number of staff qualified in NEBOSH.  A well informed and qualified workforce ensures that projects are delivered successfully in a timely manner.
